Strategies. Our goal each day is to provide service to our trucking clients that is better than anything they have ever experienced. In order to accomplish that goal consistently, we have to have a plan. The strategies that we employ are the result of combining company policy, work flow, and technology in a way that lets us address your needs as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Here are some of the strategies that we employ.
- Extended hours: Trucking is a 24/7 business and while we aren’t open around the clock, we are available. Our office is staffed from 8 am to 5 pm, EST, Monday through Friday. We do not use an answering service, our staff is available to serve you during those hours. After hours are agents are available to our clients via cell phone. When you need us, we will be there.
- Certificate service. The most common request we have is for certificates of insurance for a new customer or for an expedited load and we have developed a certificate strategy to meet those needs in a timely manner, every time. - Policy service requests. Your request is handled by our team right away via the method of your choice. We have a fillable form on our website that is transmitted for handling to our team immediately.
